 I am Steve Cox, a factory representative for manufacturers of worship furniture and seating. Since I represent three different seating companies (each with unique qualities), I am able to provide practically any desired seating and worship furnishings. Trained in architectural drafting and estimating, I have been involved in construction and furnishing of worship facilities since 1965. Since 1980 I have worked with many architects and organizations in the Southwest. With my extensive experience in worship design and furnishing, I am confident I can give your organization the expertise and insight you need in order to achieve the best, most satisfying seating and furnishing for your facility.
A factory representative is the "hands on" person for the factories, which are located many miles from your installation. As the "eyes and ears" of the manufacturers, a factory representative
- Has a name and a face
- Has samples of materials and colors and answers your questions
- Can read plans and make field measurements to make sure your furniture fits the building
- Meets with your committees and with the architects and writes up the contract
- Stops back and checks on the installation many times
- Makes certain you are totally satisfied with your purchase
